Many a connoisseur will tell you that it starts out as a simple love affair, where you're having a bit of fun, but before long it becomes an obsession that runs out of control until you're hooked.  For me right now, it's this wonderful sampling of what my friend called, the poor man's single malt.  Black Bottle.  Yum.
